I ordered two lunch specials and a customer came after me. The lady prepared one dish then began serving the other customer. I asked her to finish my order first , she said no, I can do her order and yours at the same time. To make matters worst. I did not get napkins or a fork to eat my food. The customer service sucks there. When I went back for the fork and napkins, the guy there said, I was in a hurry and this is why they forgot to put those items in my bag. Go to Jamaican Flavor nearby next time.

Just order a okra and codfish breakfast and I'm very disappointed 🙁 The okra was very hard and not fully cooked. Not only was the onions raw, it had so much onions. I honestly forgot the dish had codfish in it, cause it was barely visualble or tasted as if it was ( meaning I didn't even tastes salt from the codfish maybe from being over boiled). The fried bake wasn't bad but wasn't the best either. As far as the customer service 😒 I asked the server/cashier what's do they had ready and she replied breakfast. I asked what do you have and she just pointed and I believe she said ackee but when I walked to the food she pointed to all I seen was metal tops covering the food. I was annoyed but hungry and running late for work. I ordered my food and now I'm making a mental note "Never again"

The staff was not professional one of the servers never got off the phone although she was using her head set. She spoke over the food she was serving she spoke through the entire service and it was not an emergency or a business call. She was just rambling about who said and did

Awesome place!!! I never used to really eat from that chain until I stumble into that location. I had bad experience from previous ones. But the employees from the Springfield location are very professional, friendly and the place got a good vibe. They treat their customers as family. You'll think they know you for a long time even on your first visit. The food looks healthier to me than other GK. And the healthy juice bar add an extra touch to the place. I would buy food for my friends and family in other states to bring when I travel. That's how even others like the meals and the juices, even from other states. Thanks everyone for making me come back over and over when I'm in town.

It is okay for beef jerk or chicken jerk patties. There are other local Jamaican restaurants that are better. The place is clean. Cheap prices.
